BoutForge is tournament management software for combat sports. This page describes the data we collect to run the product.
Accounts
When you sign up we store your name, email, and authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth). Organization members you invite are stored so they can access your events.
Athletes and registrations
Tournament directors and public registration forms collect athlete profile data (name, date of birth, school, rank, optional contact details) so events can be seeded, scheduled, and displayed. That data belongs to the organizing organization. We use last name and date of birth on the public Find my bout page so athletes can look up their own status without an account.
Payments
BoutForge Pro subscriptions and optional athlete checkout are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer, subscription, and payment identifiers needed to fulfill orders. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not by BoutForge servers.
Notifications
If an athlete opts into SMS or email, we send holding, on-deck, and announcement messages through Resend and Twilio. SMS opt-out (STOP) is honored.
